Custom Solutions for

OLED Panel Inspection

HyBus provides various testing equipment optimized for the inspection, quality, and reliability verification of OLED panels, based on years of accumulated FPGA design know-how.

 PG (Pattern Generator) .

This equipment is used to light up the display panel and generate/transfer various test pattern images to the panel, tailored to the dedicated interface of the display panel for various tests and verifications.

It supports OLED panels with various display interfaces (MIPI-C PHY, MIPI-D PHY, LVDS, eDP, A**DP, *Pdi, etc). Using a stable PG (Pattern Generator), it provides integrated support from panel development to in-line production and off-line inspection solution setup.

LTS . For mass production quality

 (Life Time System)

This test equipment is used to evaluate the lifespan of display panels by checking the durability of the panel during prolonged operation.

It measures changes in current consumption, brightness (luminance), and temperature of the panel over time in a temperature-controlled chamber. By using a PG (Pattern Generator) to light up the OLED panel, it assesses the panel's performance, functionality, and stability over its lifecycle, ensuring the product's quality and reliability.

Thermal OLED Panel Test

Station . For development / research

This equipment is designed to support various inspections in a research lab during the development of display panels.

It integrates a PG (Pattern Generator) to light up OLED panels with different pattern images, a Cold Plate to simulate temperature changes, a Thermocouple to measure the temperature of the panel, PCB, and IC components, and a high-performance vision camera to inspect changes in luminance uniformity, afterimages, and other display characteristics, providing a comprehensive testing environment.

ISFOM . For mass production quality

  (Image Sticking Figure of Merit)

This equipment is used to assess the quality of display panels by measuring changes in the afterimage of a fixed pattern after prolonged illumination.

It combines PG (Pattern Generator) lighting technology with a high-performance radiant camera (used for OLED panel inspection) to measure afterimage changes, helping ensure the quality evaluation of the panel.
